2. Intellectual property

The font, the graphical designs, the images, the photographs, the sounds, the animations, the software, the texts, as well as the information and the contents gathered in name of the company are protected by the Spanish legislation of  the rights of intellectual and industrial property in favour of the social name of the company and it is not allowed the reproduction and / or publication, total or partial of the web site, neither its treatment, distribution, diffusion, modification, transformation or separation, nor other legally recognized rights to its holder, without the previous written permission of the same, in name of the company.

The user can, only and exclusively, use the material that appears in this web site for his personal and private use, remaining prohibited its use with commercial purposes or to commit illicit activities. All the rights derived from the intellectual property are expressly reserved in the name of the company.

PRODUCTOS LORING S.A.U. will watch over the performance of the previous conditions as for the right use of the contents presented in its web site, exercising all the civil and penal actions that correspond in case of infraction or non-fulfilment of these rights by the user.

In performance of the in force legislation, gathered in the Organic Law 15/1999, December 13th, about protection of Personal Information (LOPD), which object is to guarantee and to protect, regarding the treatment of personal information, the freedoms and fundamental rights of the persons, and specially of his honour and personal intimacy, PRODUCTOS LORING S.A.U. informs to the users that: PRODUCTOS LORING S.A.U. has adopted the technical and organizational measures according to the arranged to the in force regulation.
